The List Price is the suggested retail price of a product that we have available that factors in other costs such as supplies, shipping and availability into the final listed price. Amazon marketplace is an open market in which Amazon and third-party sellers such as Autoplicity are able to list products on offer factoring in other costs such as shipping and to ensure that we are able to maintain low and competitive prices for consumers to decide which seller offers suits their needs best. 


While we do our best to stay competitive to make sure that our listings are as low or lower than relevant listings, we do not offer price matching as these other factors have been taken into consideration while we remain focused on maintaining product quality and attention to customer service. We must advise and apologize however neither we nor Amazon are responsible for any other funds outside of the transacted amount on the order. Autoplicity adheres to and is aligned with Amazon policies, we do not reimburse for any other amount outside of what was charged. Amazon and Autoplicity are happy to provide Return Labels for customers and will happily issue free pre-paid return labels in most cases where we or our partners are at fault for issues impacting orders. 

If you've returned this with your own carrier and label, we will ensure that any return label fees are removed and refunded in full upon return. We do not reimburse for any labor charges, installation fees or any other related fees or shipping costs that were incurred outside of what was charged on your order. 1 - We apologize there are strict rules in place that are monitored by Amazon and Manufacturers within the Amazon Marketplace which we adhere to and cannot violate.


2 - We are an independent partner of Amazon and while we do have our direct website outside of Amazon, if the order was purchased on Amazon marketplace we cannot adjust or discount the order price even if it is cheaper on our website outside of the marketplace. 


3- As a consumer you have the option to purchase your goods based on your needs, while it may not make sense, we cannot violate nor jeopardize our terms and conditions as a third-party seller partner on Amazon. We must adhere to Manufacturer policies as they likely also sell their items on Amazon's marketplace and are also beholden to rules and regulations.


4 - I can however assist you with a return shipment label and apologize for the inconvenience. We will advise that if using our Return Label the postage due will be your responsibility as this is in compliance to Amazon Return policy as the reason for the return "found better price" indicates you, the customer are at fault and responsible for return shipping costs. We can waive our Restock fee which also applies providing the item is still new, has not been installed and must be returned within 30 days. 


5 - If you will be returning this using your own return label or purchase an Amazon-issued label, please provide us with your Return Tracking and we will issue a full refund since returning this using your own carrier.
